Natural Foods Co-op Market in San Luis Obispo has spiffed up its store showcasing the artworks of local painters, Sally Lamas, Sara McGrath and Elly Alchele, who donated their time to complete three major murals. Lamas painted two, 7-foot by 14-foot murals depicting local produce, from artichokes to purple eggplant. The murals, entitled, “Vegetable Divine” and “Simply Delicious.”
Alchele’s paintings adorn the side fence and McGrath led several youngsters to transform the back wall.
